Under the rules of our Club, we’re required to hold an Annual General Meeting AGM in December 2022 and to provide at least 4 weeks’ notice of this meeting.
We’re inviting athletes, parents and Club members to attend Eastbourne Rovers AGM, which will be held on Thursday 8th December 2022 7.45 pm in our Clubroom at Eastbourne Sports Park.
The AGM Agenda covers the standing items – approval of last year’s minutes, the annual financial statement, election of the committee for the forthcoming year 2023, the setting of the annual subscription fees from April 2023 to 2024.
Concerning key roles of the Committee, if any member would like to consider the position of Chairperson or any other role, we’d like to hear from you.
Members wishing to submit any additional motions for consideration at the AGM must do so by Thursday 17th November 2022. All submissions must be via email to Brian Slaughter Club Secretary, secretary@eastbourneroversac.co.uk
Please note that no “Other Business” will be undertaken at the AGM.
Details of the meeting, agenda, and motions to be considered will be issued by Friday 24th November via e-mail and posted on Eastbourne Rovers web site and Facebook page.
Some great volunteer coaches and parents, support our Club, and a huge thank you for this. More help is required to assist with its general running and organisation during the year ahead. We’d like your help and input around publicity, fundraising. If you are a parent or grandparent and you are able to give a few hours a week to organising teams for summer competitions and/or are willing to help the Club Committee for 2023, please contact us at secretary@eastbourneroversac.co.uk as soon as possible.
