There were 42 Rovers taking part in last Sundays first Sunday XC match of the season. The 5 mile event took place at Whitbread Hollow Eastbourne. This is the first in a series of 6 races taking place each month until next March 2024. There were 485 in the Senior race and 60 in the junior races .
Overall Eastbourne/Bodyworks achieved 5th position out of 17 teams. So a massive well done and a great start to the season.
A few results to mention although everyone who takes part contributes to the team points.
In the juniors U 13 Boys well done to Byron and Archie, Xavi and Fox who achieved postions 1,2 ,4,5 . In the U13 Girls Chyna achieved position 1, with Georgia in 4, Grace in 6.
In the U 15 Boys George achieved 2nd and in the U15 Girls Chae also 2nd place. Well done Grace A for her 6 position.
